my call to an external service goes to 403 but the parameters in the header are correct

Hi,

This could be due to your IP address changing while your Connection Mode is in Testing. You can re-register your most recent IP address by moving your Connection Mode from Testing to Production, and back to Testing again. Please try this and let us know if this solves your issue.
